International Research Network
The International Research Network (IRN), spin-off of Comac Medical, was established in 2016 to address the high need for clinical outsourcing in late phase studies.
As part of Comac Medical’s integrated business structure, the organization offers tailored solutions wrapped around the study requirements, offering the following capabilities:
- Site alliance currently operating in more than 170 institutions in Europe
- More than 500 partnering PIs in all therapeutic areas, including KOL consultant services
- Access to more than 3 000 000 patients on file
- Experience in over 100 Clinical trials
Tailored solutions wrapped around the study requirements:
- Conducting studies at clinical centers with own staff in collaboration (“joint efforts”) with clinical staff at the sites
- Deploying as much staff on-site as needed – Clinical Research (site) Coordinators, nurses, data entry staff, assistants
- Supplying and/or maintaining relevant equipment – regular or therapeutic area specific
- Providing centralized oversight and support
- Providing home care visits by study nurses and/or study physicians based on study specifics
IRN’s teams ensure:
- Faster study start-up;
- Achievement of the recruitment targets in or ahead of the required timeframes;
- The quality and integrity of the resulting data;
- Timely data entry;
- Technical and logistic site support that results in less burden for the physicians during the conduct of a clinical trial.
