Performing Clinical Part of Early Phase Projects
- Involvement of experienced clinical team selected according to the Clinical Research Unit structure and considering the protocol execution specifics
- Organize study-specific training of the study team
- Ensure the core study team had reviewed the protocol and essential study documents before the study start and provided their feedback to the sponsor
- Prepare study schedule of events for the team and the patients – source documents are verified by the PI
- Ensure patients are referred as planned by the selected specialists
- Perform all protocol procedures in a quality manner
